The project introduces the world's leading Siemens intelligent steel rolling system and adopts international advanced processes to build an 18-roll eight-stand high-speed unit, which can produce 400, 300, and 201 series high-end precise special stainless steel sheets with a maximum width of 1500 millimeters and a thickness ranging from 0.25 to 3.0 millimeters. The production speed reaches 600 meters per minute. The production process and technical equipment have reached the national advanced level, completely filling the gap in the high-end stainless steel precise processing field in Jieyang and significantly enhancing the resilience and core competitiveness of the regional industrial chain. 

Second, capacity expansion drives the county economy. The project has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. After full production in January 2026, it can achieve an annual output of 1 million tons of high-end precise stainless steel products. The normal production year is expected to have an annual output value of nearly 10 billion yuan and a tax revenue of nearly 100 million yuan, becoming the core supporting engine for the fiscal growth of Jiedong District and injecting strong momentum for the expansion and improvement of the county economy.
