Turkey Adjusts Anti-dumping Policy for Cold Rolled Stainless Steel

Regarding products from Indonesia: On January 18, 2026, the Turkish government officially terminated the anti-dumping investigation on cold rolled stainless steel from Indonesia, determining that the dumping margin was minimal and did not cause damage to the domestic industry. It decided to exempt the anti-dumping duty. This cleared the way for Indonesian stainless steel enterprises to expand exports to Turkey and surrounding markets.

Regarding products from China: On December 27, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued a final ruling announcement, deciding to impose an anti-dumping duty of 3.95% on cold rolled stainless steel coil produced in China (calculated based on the cost, insurance, and freight CIF price). This policy has officially come into effect.
