1.Melting and Casting
Raw materials (iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements) are melted in an electric arc furnace. The molten metal is then cast into slabs.

5.Final Surface Treatment & Cutting
Depending on end-use requirements, the plates may be brushed, polished, or coated. Then, they are cut to custom dimensions for shipment.
